FlowSaga terms of service and refund policy

The service

FlowSaga is a Chrome extension that helps you make videos and images in batches on your own Google Flow account, save them automatically and keep them organised.

Before you buy: videos are generated by Google Flow, using the Flow credits in your own Google account.
FlowSaga doesn’t sell or pay for Flow credits; paid-tier videos need a Google paid plan. Before you buy, the extension asks you to tick “I understand”.

Plans

Free: works with any Google account, including free ones. 4 videos a day, or 5 if you win that day’s rock-paper-scissors round (zones 1, 2 and 3 combined); unlimited images; videos are saved in 720p
Plus / Pro / Ultra: match the Google AI plans of the same name. FlowSaga sets no usage cap; how much you make depends only on the credits in your Google account. Up to 20 videos per batch
You only need the plan that matches your Google plan: after you sign in, FlowSaga detects your Google plan and picks that level for you, so you can’t buy the wrong one
1080p: paid plans can save 1080p, as long as Google allows 1080p on your account. FlowSaga does not offer 4K saving at the moment

Billing periods and discount

Plus: monthly only. Pro and Ultra: monthly, or prepay 3, 6 or 12 months. A prepaid period costs the monthly price × the number of months, with no extra discount.
Finish the in-app tour “Use all of FlowSaga” and get a permanent 20% discount; once you have it, it doesn’t expire
Generations during the tour use your own Google credits; while the tour runs, up to 10 videos don’t count against FlowSaga’s free daily quota
Subscriptions renew automatically, and you can cancel any time

Prices, tax and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Once checkout opens, tax will be included in the price shown outside the US and Canada; in the US and Canada, sales tax may be added at checkout. You will always see the total before you pay.
Payments will be handled by our payment partner, the Merchant of Record; FlowSaga never sees your card number. Under these terms, the payment partner is responsible for charging your card, receipts and invoices, collecting and remitting sales tax or VAT, and refunds.

Your account

No licence keys. Just sign in with Google
Your membership belongs to one Google account; the video library, counts and usage reports follow that account
The account signed in to FlowSaga must be the one open in Flow; if they differ, FlowSaga pauses and tells you what differs
No device limit: every computer of yours signed in to the same Google account can use it
Please keep your account to yourself: no reselling, lending or public sharing
When a subscription ends or is refunded you go back to the free plan. The data on your computer and the videos you saved are not affected

Refund policy

Full refund within 7 days of your first purchase (once per Google account).
Email support@flowsagastudio.app and we take care of it; membership ends as soon as the refund is done.

Refunds are carried out by our payment partner (the Merchant of Record) to the card or payment method you used
If you don’t want a refund, you can cancel any time: no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period
Google Flow credits you have already spent were charged by Google, so we can’t refund them
Nothing in these terms reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live (for example, the EU and UK right of withdrawal)

Things to know

FlowSaga works with Google Flow. When Google changes Flow, some features may pause; we update as fast as we can, the extension tells you which feature is paused, and it comes back on its own once fixed
Rights and responsibility for generated content follow Google Flow’s and Google’s use policies. Make sure you have the right to use any material you upload. Do not use the service for anything illegal
“Continue a video” and “Mimic video motion” are generated by Flow. The AI tries to match closely, but identical motion and an unchanged character are not guaranteed
The service is provided as is. Apart from the refund policy and what the law requires, we are not liable for indirect losses

Gallery

The title and prompt of a post are public; make sure they contain no personal information before posting
Posting needs an active paid membership; browsing, liking, rating and reporting only need you to be signed in
Up to 5 posts a day, shown after review. A post reported by 3 different accounts is hidden automatically; you can remove your own posts at any time

Termination

Membership may be ended without refund for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.

Language

These terms are published in English and Traditional Chinese with the same content.
