FlowSaga refund policy

Refunds
Refunds follow Paddle’s refund policy: you can ask Paddle for a refund within 14 days of the transaction and Paddle decides; consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK also keep their 14-day right of withdrawal.
Once checkout opens, you ask Paddle, the Merchant of Record, for your refund at paddle.net; you never need to write to us. Paddle decides under its refund policy; if you qualify, the amount goes back to the payment method you used. Membership ends as soon as the refund is done.

- Refunds are carried out by our payment partner (the Merchant of Record); the money never passes through our account
- Google Flow credits you have already spent were charged by Google, so we can’t refund them
- Nothing in this policy reduces the rights consumer law gives you where you live (for example, the EU and UK right of withdrawal)
Cancelling
- To cancel, open FlowSaga’s member card and press “Manage subscription”: it opens the payment partner’s customer page, where you cancel yourself in a few clicks. After cancelling there are no further charges, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- When a subscription ends or is refunded you go back to the free plan. The data on your computer and the videos you saved are not affected
