- We no dey ever know yu Google password and we no dey ever see yu kard number.
- We no dey sell yu data and we no dey give yu email to any advert platform.
- If yu no tick am, yu no go get marketing emails. Di extenshon dey work onle for Google Flow pages and di one Google sheet wey yu pick to import, and e no dey follow di oda websites wey yu dey visit.

Di FlowSaga server (api.flowsagastudio.app) dey get yu data onle after yu sign in. Before dat, when di extenshon start and every 30 minutes after, e dey fetch onle notices and feature switches, and e dey send di anonymous compatibility reports wey we explain for down; none of dem dey show who yu be.

We no dey ever send am go our server: the vidiyo files themselves, your AI keys, your prompts, your activity log, your card details and your Google password. The only exception na screenshot or recording wey you yourself attach for the feedback form and send, only that one time: we dey forward screenshot and we no dey keep am, and we dey keep recording reach 30 days, then e go delete by itself.
Wetin we dey get from Google sign in (akaunt ID and email) na onle for di purposes for up. The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Compatibility reports wey no get name
FlowSaga dey read di model code wey Flow own requests dey use, and e no dey ever change, replace or resend dat requests. When Flow start to use model code wey FlowSaga neva sabi, so dat we fit support am quick, di extenshon dey report small technical details witout name: di report type, di Flow model code (like veo_3_1_fast_16x9_8s), weda di vidiyo stand upright or lie down, and di extenshon version.
E no get anytin from yu akaunt, email, sign-in status, prompts, vidiyos, file names or IP address, and nobody fit link am to anybody. Each kompyuta dey send di same kind report for di same code at most one time every 30 days, and no pass 20 reports for one day. Because e no get personal data, di two boxes for down no dey affect am, and when yu delete yu akaunt, notin dey to delete from am.
Two tins wey yu go decide
Di sign-in screen get two boxes. From di start, none of dem dey ticked, and dem dey separate, so yu fit tick onle one. If yu leave both empty, e no go affect any feature.

- Google: sign-in and to generate vidiyos for Flow
- Our hosting provider: e dey run our server, database, website and email service (we no get our own data centre)
- Freemius: e go handle di payment as Merchant of Record and e go get yu email and order. Di kard details and billing address wey yu put when yu dey pay dey go to Freemius under im privacy policy; we no dey ever see yu kard number. Payment neva open
- Google Gemini / OpenAI / Anthropic (if yu want): to write prompts and ask questions wit AI, e dey connect direct wit yu own key, e no dey ever pass through us. When yu click «Make AI look dis zone mediya», di images wey yu add and frames from yu vidiyos go send too, and dem go ask yu first
After yu report wahala
When yu click «Wahala and ideas» for di extenshon, yu report go save for our system and we go get notification. We dey reply to di Google email wey yu use sign in to FlowSaga, so yu no need leave address or wait inside di extenshon.
«My reports» for di extenshon dey show wetin yu report and when; replies dey always come by email. Yu fit add details to dat report.
How to reach us
Na HONG-WEI SIAO, independent developer for Taiwan wey dey work under di name FlowSaga Studio, dey run FlowSaga and e dey responsible for yu data. To see, correct or delete yu data, write to support@flowsagastudio.app. When yu delete yu akaunt, dem go wipe yu personal data; because tax law require am, payment records go keep onle di amount and time.
